ARROW BLOG TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Arrow Blog (AB), you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.    General
1.1     These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time and will have retrospective effect. You are responsible for keeping yourself updated.

1.2    You agree that Singapore law governs our agreement. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore legal system.

2.    Usage And Content
2.1    The AB has features that enable you to post your comments and is targeted at and accessible by individuals residing locally (in Singapore) and internationally. You are welcome to use the AB at any time.

2.2    You may not use the AB in ways that break any laws, cause loss to or violate the rights of any individual, entity or company, including and not limited to impersonation, copyright infringement, defamation, and the publication of false information/messages or unlawful materials.

2.3    While the AB will be monitored, we will, as far as possible, refrain from interfering with or editing these materials. Do note that posted material which raises objections of any kind may be taken down at our discretion.

2.4    You may not use the AB to send junk mail (spam).

2.5    You may not use the AB for any commercial purpose.

2.6    If you do not like what you see on this site, inform us immediately with clear and specific details. If you do not do so, you permit us to leave the site as it is.

2.7    We reserve the right to ban you from using the AB.

2.8    You agree to allow us a reasonable time to act on any complaint(s) you submit.

2.9    Use of the AB is free. You may be charged by your mobile, Internet, or other service providers for using their services.

3.    Intellectual Property Rights
3.1    You agree that any and all material you post is original, i.e. the intellectual property rights (IPR) for these materials belong to you. By posting these materials on the AB or submitting them to us, you irrevocably grant us permission to reproduce them in any medium and to deal with them in general at our discretion.

3.2    We assert general ownership of IPR (e.g. copyright and trademarks) over the AB. However, third party IPR (material that does not belong to us) may be present on the site. You are responsible for obtaining permission from the relevant IPR owners before downloading or reproducing any materials from the AB.

4.    Indemnity
4.1    The AB is a website that carries content and facilitates interaction through the exchange of information, lawfully and freely. Use it at your own risk.

4.2    We (Arrow ministry, New Creation Church and any individual or entity associated with New Creation Church) will not be responsible for any claims, loss, damage, and legal costs that you may suffer resulting from your use of the AB.

4.3    We do not warrant or agree that the AB will provide accurate information, be of satisfactory quality or fit for any particular purpose, or be free from any programming defects or malicious codes. All implied and statutory warranties are excluded.

4.4    Should we suffer any form of claims, loss, damage or legal costs resulting from your usage of the AB, you indemnify us for such claims, loss, damage and legal costs (on an indemnity basis).

5.    Disclaimer
5.1    All AB posts, comments, and answers should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

5.2    All AB posts and answers are provided by Pastor Benjamin Lim and the overseers and leaders of Arrow ministry, New Creation Church. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, you make of such posts and answers at your own risk.

5.3    By submitting a question to the AB and/or Arrow ministry, New Creation Church, you acknowledge that we (Arrow ministry, New Creation Church and any individual or entity associated with New Creation Church) are not responsible for any response you receive or do not receive.

5.4    You agree to hold us (Arrow ministry, New Creation Church and any individual or entity associated with New Creation Church) harmless regarding any loss, harm, injury or damage resulting or arising from your submission of the question(s) or your use of or reliance on any response thereto.

5.5    We (Arrow ministry, New Creation Church) reserve the right to refuse any profile application by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the AB at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability, at its sole and absolute discretion.

5.6    We expressly reserve the right to remove your profile should we determine that you pose a threat to the AB and/or its users, at our sole and absolute discretion.

6.    Privacy Statement And Registration
6.1    You agree that we may collect information about or from you. Any information collected may be disclosed to the authorities or the courts or used to compile statistics.

6.2    All information received by you from your use of the AB may be used by Arrow ministry, New Creation Church, and such use shall be in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
